Disciplinary committee has South Korean in its sights

FIFA presidential hopeful Chung Mong-joon said on Tuesday the ethics committee of soccer's governing body wants him banned for 19 years and slammed the move as a bid to "smear" his election campaign.

The South Korean tycoon said FIFA president Sepp Blatter, himself the target of a Swiss criminal investigation, was behind the attacks on him.
