Legendary Olympian determined to enhance his legacy at Rio Games
With more medals than any other Olympic athlete, Michael Phelps could simply see the 2016 Games in Rio de Janeiro as a bonus.
This won't be some publicity-seeking farewell lap, though, assuming he qualifies. He still has goals.
