Wu Di is excited that the Sino-Finland industrial design enterprise alliance was founded in Shenyang, capital of Northeast China's Liaoning province, in August.

The strategic cooperation will see the alliance undertaking 20 projects every year and enabling many well-known design companies to serve the increasing needs of industrial design in Northeast China.

"This will further stimulate the development of the China Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Design Center," said Wu, deputy head of Huanggu District, where the center is located.
