A group of foreign students experienced a Qing-style wedding ceremony in the Huizhou region on Jan 18, 2015. More than 100 foreign students from 26 countries at five universities in Anhui province gathered at the Anhui Yuanquan Hui-culture Folk Museum to hold the time-travel wedding ceremony. Qing-style wedding ceremony traditions in the Huizhou region were reenacted, such as throwing silk balls, the bridal sedan chair, the three bows of the bride and groom and serving the parents cups of tea.
