Some of these original works not only illustrate the beauty of Asian arts and culture, but also explore the cultural connotations embedded in what the artists have encountered in Asia. Based on a grueling selection process, a group of photos have been published on Chinaculture.org.

The Ministry of Culture extends an invitation to contestants from across the globe to participate in the photography and video contest centered on exploring the beauty of Asian arts and culture. The contest runs through October 10th.
