More than 100 inheritors of intangible cultural heritage gathered at the Liaoning Theater in Shenyang to showcase their skills between Jan 14 and 17, 2016.
The exhibition featured more than 50 traditional practices related to the Spring Festival, or Chinese New Year. Art forms such as paper-cutting, sugar painting, dough sculpting and finger painting were on display. Artists created works featuring the monkey to celebrate the coming Year of the Monkey.
