The date of the Beijing Olympic Games was popular for weddings. But the woman from Heyuan, Guangdong province, concluded a week later they were not a right fit. They met and began to date on May 18, 2008, and decided to tie the knot on the opening day of the Summer Games. The wife applied for divorce a week after she realized she married the wrong man.
