Fire breaks out at commercial building in Changsha

Hunan Province September 26, 2005. The fire broke out in the building
opposite to the railway station at about 06:00am and was brought under
control at 9:50am, and firefighters rescued over 30 people from the
building and two were injured when they tried to escape by jumping down
from the second floor. No death was reported, and the cause of the fire is
