Pakistan says Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao's upcoming visit will further strengthen strategic partnership between the two countries.

Pakistan says Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao's upcoming visit to Pakistan will further strengthen the "all-weather" friendship and strategic partnership between the two countries.

A spokesman with Pakistan's Foreign Office says the Chinese premier, who will lead a 70-member delegation, will hold talks with Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf and Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz.

He adds the two countries will also sign a package of bilateral agreements and Memorandums of Understanding about cooperation in political, diplomatic, defense, trade, education and agricultural fields.

In a related development, Pakistani Deputy Chief of Army Staff Ahsan Saleem Hayat told Chinese Defense Minister Cao Gangchuan that Islamabad supports China's Anti-Secession Law and will continue to embrace one China policy.
