Grand View Garden

 The Grand View Garden is located in the northwest corner of Xuanwu District, Beijing.
It is an imitation landscape garden based on the one in China's most famous literary work "the Dream of the Red Mansion." The television series "the Dream of the Red Mansion" was filmed in the garden. It has an area of 125,000 square metres and more than 40 points of interest. It is packed full of traditional architecture.
The most interesting points to visit in the park are the Enjoyment Red Hall, with its beautiful and colourful paintings, the quiet and graceful Xiaoxiang Hall, the Fragrant Rice Village, the Fragrant Lotus Pavilion, the Reed Snow Temple, and the Green Hill Garden. Performances are given at the Xingqinxing Hall, which is also an attraction.
