Country singer Keith Urban is out of rehab and has reunited with his wife of five months, actress Nicole Kidman. The couple had brunch on Sunday at the Polo Lounge in Los Angeles.
This was not Urban's first stint in rehab. In 1998, the singer checked into the Cumberland Heights treatment center in Nashville, Tennessee, seeking treatment for cocaine and alcohol addiction.
