New autumn menu at Opera Bombana

Early autumn sees some of nature’s rare finds to be appreciated on the dining table, and Yunnan’s matsutake is definitely one of them. Opera Bombana knows how best to show off his natural gift, so it pairs fresh matsutake with Beluga caviar and lobster, believing that the best deserves the best. The five-course degustation menu (1288 yuan subject to service charge) also includes handmade spaghetti and Japanese rock bream.
