He has seen hundreds of people. He is getting very little sleep, and not much food. He wants to help as many as he can.

I am German I know that many Germans are good friends of China and have donated, several organisations have started their supporting projects, German Red Cross will send a whole hospital by Thursday.
You can be sure, that many, many of the German people feel very sympathetic with the Sichuan victims. There have been longlasting friendship bounds between our two countries and always will be.
May the dead rest in peace and may nature calm down so that there can be hope for those who are in such distress.

China have shown the world how wonderful Chinese people are. I live in the U.S and I suddenly find myself obssessed with news about China so much so that my day is not complete without reading news here in China Daily and 2 others. My American friends are so impressed at how Chinese can be so united, tough and so patriotic inspite of more than a billion people. They said there are something wonderful about Chinese that the world doesn't know yet.
