HEFEI - An HIV positive job seeker Friday lost his case in an employment discrimination lawsuit, the Chinese mainland's first such court case.

A college graduate in Anqing City, east China's Anhui Province, filed a lawsuit against the city's education department, after it denied him a teaching job following his positive test for HIV.
