新修訂的藝術品經營管理辦法

A newly revised regulation on art trade was issued by Ministry of Culture in 2016, which eased restrictions on import and export of works of art.
2016年文化部發布了新修訂的《藝術品經營管理辦法》，該辦法放松了對藝術品進出口的限制。

The revised regulation delegated management of the cross-border art trade to provincial governments. Dealers only need to get a standard business license, yet they must register with the cultural department.
新修訂的辦法將藝術品進出口經營活動審批下放到省級文化行政部門。經營單位只需申領營業執照，但必須到文化行政部門備案。

First adopted in 1994 and revised in 2004, the latest version better regulate and supervise domestic auctions and appraisals, as the old one failed to cover many key aspects of the industry.
《藝術品經營管理辦法》于1994年首發布，并于2004年進行了第一次修訂。舊版管理辦法未能覆蓋藝術產業的許多關鍵領域，而最新修訂版本能更好地規范和監管國內拍賣和估價。
