國家新聞出版廣電總局《關于進一步規范電視劇以及相關廣告播出管理的通知》(《通知》)近日曝光。《通知》對電視劇宣傳行為(promotion of TV series)進行了嚴格規范，要求各電視臺、視頻網站(video websites)以及電視劇制作機構(TV production entities)不得以所謂"完整版(full versions)"、"未刪減版(uncut versions)"、"被刪片段(deleted scenes)"等概念進行炒作(hype)。

中國廣播電視協會電視劇編劇工作委員會(the China Radio and Television Association TV-series Screenwriters Committee)副秘書長余飛表示，只要經過廣電總局的審核，不管在哪個平臺播出的電視劇內容應該都是一致的，"所謂的大尺度只不過是宣傳噱頭(publicity stunt)"。

此外，《通知》還再次要求電視劇中不得插播廣告及其他節目(there should be no commercials and shows cut in the broadcast of a TV series)，電視劇片尾播出演職人員表時(when an episode ends and the credits start to roll)不得插播廣告。余飛表示，這一點尤為重要，"此前不少電視臺在片尾隨意插播廣告(add commercials at free will)，已經形成了行業陋習(become a bad habit for the industry)，這是對演職人員的極大不尊重，現在是時候把屬于演職人員的尊嚴還給他們了。"
