Nomophobia refers to the fear of being without your mobile phone or without a cellular signal.
“無手機(jī)恐懼癥”指的是擔(dān)心沒有手機(jī)或者沒有手機(jī)信號。
Your heart rate accelerates, you feel short of breath, you reach quickly to your pocket and feel a wave of relief as you find your phone is still there.
你的心跳加速,呼吸急促,趕緊把手伸進(jìn)兜里,發(fā)現(xiàn)手機(jī)還在那里,才感到了一絲欣慰。
If the answer to any of these questions is yes, then you may be a nomophobe, and you are not alone.
如果你也有這種感受,那么你患上了“無手機(jī)恐懼癥”,而且不止你一人如此。
It refers to fear of not being able to use a smartphone ... [and] it refers to the fear of not being able to communicate, losing the connectedness that smartphones allow, not being able to access information through smartphones, and giving up the convenience that smartphones provide.
它指的是人們對不能使用手機(jī)的恐懼,即不能通過手機(jī)聊天,與世界失去聯(lián)系的感覺,不能通過手機(jī)獲取資訊以及不能享用智能手機(jī)帶來的便利。
