China will further integrate government information systems and enable more information disclosure on the allocation of public resources, according to a decision made at the State Council executive meeting chaired by Premier Li Keqiang on Wednesday.
國務院總理李克強12月6日主持召開的國務院常務會議決定，我國將加快推進政務信息系統整合共享，推進公共資源配置領域政府信息公開。

會議指出，按照黨的十九大建設現代化經濟體系和人民滿意的服務型政府的要求，加快部門和地方政務信息系統整合共享，打通“放管服”改革“經脈”，是便利群眾辦事和創業創新、增強政府公信力（enhancing government's public credibility）的重要舉措。

一要明確提供公共數據是政府公共服務的重要內容。
Public information disclosure is an important part of government public service.

按照共享要求嚴格審批新建信息系統，防止重復建設和形成新的信息孤島。
In the establishment of any new government information system, sharing shall be a guiding principle to prevent duplication and new information silos.

二要在網絡通基礎上加快實現數據通、業務通。
To enable connectivity across networks, data and administrative services.

年底前初步實現國務院部門40個垂直系統向各級政務部門開放共享數據，打通數據查詢互認通道，逐步滿足政務服務部門對自然人和企業身份核驗、納稅證明、不動產登記、學位學歷證明等約500項數據查詢等需求，促進業務協同辦理，提高政務服務效能，避免企業和群眾辦事多頭奔波。
The 40 vertical information systems run by the State Council bodies will be made open to governments at various levels by the end of this year, which will enable the sharing of service information on some 500 data items, including the identity verification of natural persons and enterprises, tax payment certificate, real estate registration, and diploma certification.The government will encourage multi-purpose service stations to raise efficiency and cut the legwork of the public and businesses in seeking government services from different departments.

三要在信息共享方面推進體制機制和技術創新。
Promote institutional and technological innovation in information sharing.

四要加快對涉及信息共享急需的相關法規規章立改廢。
Speed up enacting, amending or repealing laws and regulations urgently needed in information sharing.

五要確保信息安全。
The security of information sharing will be a priority.
