近日，北京婦產(chǎn)醫(yī)院牽頭全國(guó)三十多家醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)，開展重大出生缺陷風(fēng)險(xiǎn)研究，通過對(duì)全國(guó)50萬孕婦的隨訪，研究出生缺陷危險(xiǎn)因素分類與等級(jí)，提出適合中國(guó)人群的孕早期致畸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)監(jiān)控方案。

New research involving half a million pregnant women across China is expected to greatly improve control and prevention of risks related to birth defects, which are likely to increase with the adoption of the universal second-child policy.

涵蓋全國(guó)50萬孕婦的新研究將極大提高對(duì)出生缺陷風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的管控，以及更好地預(yù)防出生缺陷。隨著全面二孩放開，新生兒的出生缺陷可能會(huì)因此而增加。

隨著全面二孩放開（adoption of the universal second-child policy），高齡、高危孕產(chǎn)婦（older and high-risk pregnant women）數(shù)量不斷增加，如何實(shí)現(xiàn)優(yōu)生優(yōu)育（bear and rear better children）成為更加重要的社會(huì)議題，然而，出生缺陷（birth defect）仍是不少家庭的噩夢(mèng)。

近日，國(guó)家啟動(dòng)重大出生缺陷風(fēng)險(xiǎn)研究項(xiàng)目，該項(xiàng)目由北京婦產(chǎn)醫(yī)院牽頭，17個(gè)省市、33家醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)參加，將構(gòu)建中國(guó)首個(gè)致畸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)（database of birth defect risks），提出適合中國(guó)人群孕早期致畸風(fēng)險(xiǎn)監(jiān)控方案（map out strategies for monitoring and prevention）。

這次研究將分析重大出生缺陷發(fā)生的危險(xiǎn)因素（analyze risk factors for major birth defects），應(yīng)用大數(shù)據(jù)挖掘篩選致畸因子（use big data technology to single out factors that may cause birth defects），比如環(huán)境、遺傳、慢性病等（such as environment, heritage and chronic diseases），并建立風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等級(jí)評(píng)估系統(tǒng)（establish a risk evaluation system）。

目前預(yù)計(jì)，標(biāo)本庫(kù)中將存入的標(biāo)本至少會(huì)超過100萬，數(shù)量龐大，未來，這個(gè)標(biāo)本庫(kù)將會(huì)是國(guó)際合作、開放共享的（all the samples will be open for sharing with international communities for cooperation）。
