"I'm always confused about adjectives like 'electric' and 'electrical', 'electronic' and 'electronical'. So my question is how you distinguish adjectives that end with 'ic' and 'ical'?"

Do we say 'an electric guitar' or 'an electrical guitar'?
Is it 'an electric light bulb' or 'or an electrical light bulb'? Do people nowadays send 'electronic mails' or 'electrical mails'?
