1. Get The Right Diet.

In order to grow taller naturally, your body need proteins, vitamins and minerals more readily than carbohydrates and fats. 2. Sleep Well

You may be surprised to know that we are taller in the morning than we are at night. By virtue of the law of gravity, our bodies in the standing position, are attracted toward the ground. By the end of the day, the disks in the spine are compressed by the weight of the body. During the night, the spinal column is in a relaxed and spread out position.

3. Do the Right Exercises

Chin-ups & Pull-ups are just one of the many forms of stretching exercises that you can do to help you grow taller naturally. These exercises work the shoulders, as well as the back, arms, and obliques. You can experiment with any one of the exercises listed below, but only do one exercise type per day. They should be done every other day, or every 2 days, depending on your strength and experience. Doing these exercises as well as other forms of stretching such as yoga and pilates can also help you grow taller naturally.
