A street vendor on Yincheng street, Dexing city, Jiangxi province removes boiled Ai Fruit from the steam on March 27.2013. As Qingming Festival (Tomb Sweeping Day) approaches, the residents in Dexing city, Jiangxi province prepare Ai Fruit which they will eat during Qingming Festival. Ai Fruit has a sweet and salty taste, which is also referred to as Sweet Green Rice Ball, Qingming Fruit. It is made from glutinous rice stuffed with Ai grass or gnaphalium affine.
