Kylie crowned Woman of the Year

Kylie Minogue was named Woman of the Year at a showbiz awards
ceremony in London yesterday.
She was honoured at the Glamour Women of the Year Awards for her battle
against breast cancer.
The 37 year-old didn't attend the bash but sent a message describing her fans
support as an enormous help and saying she hoped to be back in person very soon.
Charlotte Church who glammed up for the evening accepted the UK Solo Artist
of the Year Award.
Doctor Who star Billie Piper was named UK TV Actress of the Year.
Liz Hurley received the award for Entrepreneur of the Year and royal Zara
Phillips was named Sportswoman of the Year in recognition of her equestrian
endeavours.
Sharon Osbourne was TV Personality of the Year, while model Naomi Campbell
was given the Outstanding Contribution Award.
