Women usually commit the offence when they dress for warmer weather so there are likely to be many cases of VBS in the coming months.
A survey found that 57 per cent of women say it is this summer's worst style crime.
A third claimed it looked cheap. Even men - 42 per cent of them - say VBS is
unattractive.
