Vice President Li meets with senior delegation of European Socialist Party

On July 4th, Vice President Mr. Li Jiange met with the senior delegation of European Socialist Party. The 15-member delegation was headed by Mr. Poul Nyrup RASMUSSEN, head of the Party (former Prime Minister of Denmark). The two sides exchanged views on issues of common interest, covering the impact of globalization on China, utilization of China’s huge foreign exchange reserve, R&D, the cooperative medi-care system in rural China, etc. Mr. Lan Weiban, Deputy Director General and Mr. Zhang Hongfei, Program Officer of DRC’s International Cooperation Department, were present at the meeting.
