On March 25, the delegation of RAND, led by its Vice President Mme. Debra Knopman, discussed with DRC experts on issues of logistics, transportation infrastructure and operations, supply chain policy, role of markets and government in commercialization of new technologies, deployment of IT infrastructure and applications in energy and transportation. Mme. Sun Lanlan, Director General of International Cooperation Department of DRC presided over the seminar.
