Li Wei, President of the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC), met with foreign delegates to the 2019 Annual Meeting of the China Development Forum on March 23. Li met with Joe Kaeser, President and CEO of Siemens AG, Ben Van Beurden, CEO of Royal Dutch Shell Group, Andrew Mackenzie, CEO of BHP Billiton, Vuk Jeremic, president of the Center for International Relations and Sustainable Development, Mike Wells, CEO of Prudential Group of the United Kingdom, Jae-Young Lee, President of the Korea Institute for International Economic Policy, Helge Lund, Chairman of BP, and Hiroaki Nakanishi, President of Hitachi Group of Japan.

Li thanked the foreign delegates for their long-term participation and support for the China Development Forum and exchanged views with them on the current global macroeconomic situation, foreign investment in China, and further strengthening inter-agency cooperation.
