Abstract: Fujian province is the first to take the initiative to establish national ecological civilization pilot zones in China. Since the launch of the strategic conception of building an ecological province in the early period of this century, it has actively explored the approach and mode of realizing the value of ecological products and has done a lot of positive and effective work. Fujian province is taking the lead in the country in building ecological civilization and enriching the supply of ecological products. It has guided the work with new development concepts, furthered the reform of the ecological civilization system and mechanism, strived to create a sound external environment for enriching the supply of ecological products, properly dealt with the relations between governance, protection and supply, promoted ecological product value realization, vigorously developed the ecological industry, and explored ways to promote the market-oriented operation mode of ecological products through market trading system and public payment system. It has in particular focused on top-level design, established the concept of green development, enhanced ecological value thinking, actively pushed ahead with market-oriented development and implemented relevant strategic measures in light of local conditions.
