Liu Jie, male, Han ethnic group, was born in Danyang, Jiangsu province in January 1970. He began to work in August 1992 and joined the CPC in December 1996.
Liu earned a doctor's degree at China University of Geosciences. He currently serves as a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Guizhou Provincial Committee.
