The Kempinski Guiyang Hotel in the city of Guiyang, Guizhou province will be holding a Russian food festival, Feb 5-29, as a special Spring Festival offering for local people, with a Russian buffet tended by top Russian chefs.
The buffet is open daily with a price of 238 yuan ($36), with Russian wine and delicacies, including caviar, sausages, and cheese so that customers can enjoy authentic Russian food while watching Russian dancing.
In commenting on the event, Christian Rolf Winhold Wiendieck, GM of Kempinski Guiyang, said, "The Russian food festival is just the beginning of various themed food festivals we’ll be bringing to locals in 2016."
