The third session of the seventh Ruzhou municipal committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) was held on Feb 9.
On behalf of the standing committee of the seventh CPPCC municipal committee, Chen Guozhong, chairman of the Ruzhou CPPCC municipal committee, made a work report at the session.
The conference opened with the agenda of the third session. Li Quanshen, a member of the standing committee of the Pingdingshan municipal Party committee and secretary of the Ruzhou municipal Party committee, was on hand to give a speech.
The Ruzhou municipal committee of the CPPCC played an active role in the city’s social and economic development in 2013, Li praised.
The session also discussed the processing of proposals dating back to the second session of the seventh CPPCC Ruzhou municipal committee.
