Zhang Jianwen, vice director of the managing committee of Huaqiao economic development zone and officials from the development and reform bureau, the construction bureau, the land and resources bureau, the environment protection bureau, and the fire brigade approved two master plans for two developments at a meeting.
The meeting, organized by the planning and construction bureau, demonstrated the master plans of two developments last Thursday afternoon.
Yisimolisi development, invested by a Beijing company, is located to the north of Guangming road in the core area of Huaqiao economic development zone. The development covers acreage of 18545 sq m. It mainly consists of two tall buildings with double floors of underground parking lots.
Opposite to the development is that invested by Kunshan Guangjie Real Estate Co Ltd, which covers 36564 sq m and mainly consists of four tall buildings. Each building will be allocated an underground parking lot.
The attendees also raised several specific suggestions concerning the use and layout of electricity and gas.
