A Finance Park that is part of the Huaqiao International Service Business Park, in the city of Kunshan, Jiangsu Province, won the National Green Building title at the 8th International Conference on Green and Energy Efficient Building, at the Beijing International Convention Center, on March 29, 2012.
The 114,000-square-meter finance park contains 10 courtyards and 29 buildings. It has a total construction area of 160,000 sq m.
The Finance Park has taken the lead in integrated green architecture technology, with 46 individual applications in the land-, energy-, water-, and materials-saving sectors and in indoor environmental quality, in providing high-comfort, low-energy office buildings.
