CGGC built Dalong Water Control Project in Hainan was recently awarded “Dayu Prize in 2008” by China Water Engineering Association.

Dayu Prize, also named as Prize for Excellent Water Project in China, is the top honor in water engineering industry. Evaluated and selected once a year by the Association, Dayu prize honors water projects with excellent quality and management as well as remarkable engineering and social benefits.

It is acknowledged that there were only 8 projects awarded with Dayu Prize in 2008.
