To pass down Chinese traditional culture and teach Chinese youth about Spring Festival, Xinghu Community organized young residents to participate in a window grille cutting activity on the afternoon on Feb 7.

Window grille cutting is a Chinese traditional art. Skillful hands and a creative mind are necessary to make beautiful window grilles. Children can practice patience and thinking skills through cutting window grilles. The children were in an active mood and eager to try this traditional Chinese paper-cut craft with their own hands.
