The first job recruitment fair after the Spring Festival in Dandong, a coastal city in Liaoning province, will be held on Feb 15 in the city's talents center. Hundreds of enterprises will provide over one thousand positions for job seekers.
The job recruitment fair has become an important platform for enterprises and job seekers to exchange information. As of Feb 10, over 90 enterprises have registered for the fair, providing 1,165 jobs, majority of which are skilled positions. The top five placements are in marketing, machinery, skilled jobs, electrical and electronic engineers, and other intermediate and senior engineers.
According to relevant resources, the salaries offered by enterprises have risen by two or three hundred yuan to even six or seven hundred yuan compared to last year. Many enterprises have also paid more attention to a candidate's quality and ability, rather than their diploma alone.
