About 180 businesses from Taiwan participated in a promotion fair hosted by Qingdao in Shenzhen on April 15. Qingdao's vice-mayor Liu Mingjun said the city welcomes investment in its booming marine economy, service industry and infrastructure. Qingdao has more than 2,300 projects funded by investors from Taiwan with a combined investment of $10.2 billion.
