The Belt and Road Initiative international cooperation and special development fund, set up by China International Talent Exchange Foundation and China Academy of "Belt and Road" Strategy, signed cooperation and donation contracts on Feb 9.

Zhang Jianguo, administrator of the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, deputy administrator Yin Chengji, and other officials attended the ceremony.
The fund was set up in order to cultivate more high-end international talents for the Belt and Road Initiative and promote cooperation between different countries.
The scale of the fund is about 30 million dollars with the China Academy of "Belt and Road" Strategy raising 40 million as the sponsor.
What we do
SAFEA is responsible for certifying foreign experts to work in the Chinese mainland and organizing overseas training for Chinese technical and managerial professionals.
