Shaanxi Aoda Company was founded in 2000by merging various subsidiaries. It's a private company in Shaanxi province, but its business covers all of China. The company's operations include the property and education industries. It also runs businesses in pharmaceutical equipment, biological products, construction, tourism, machinery and agricultural facilities.
Northwest Publication Logistics Base is co-founded by Shaanxi Aoda Company and Haiya Logistics Holding Company. The logistics base is also an important project of the General Administration of Press and Publication of the People's Republic of China and the Administration of Press and Publication of Shanxi Province. The base covers an area of 400,000 square meters and has an investment of 1 billion yuan ($161.5 million). Its main operation focuses on logistics for the publishing industry, including teaching equipment, library equipment, printing equipment and others. The base will provide publication display, wholesale, storage, transportation and other logistics services.
