Documentary authentically captures Xinjiang's cotton farmers

The documentary Fabric of Lives, filmed and presented by the China Central Newsreel and Documentary Film Studio (Group), will be released in cinemas nationwide on May 7.
A special premiere was recently held in the cotton fields of Awat county in the Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region. Arkin and Zhao Qiang are featured in the film, and their families, along with more than 600 local farmers, were invited to attend.
