It is responsible for organizing exchanges between people’s courts and foreign judicial authorities and international organizations; reviewing and assisting in international cases; taking part in negotiations and work on international conventions and judicial assistance treaties; coordinating and organizing projects between the SPC and foreign counterparts; and guiding people’s courts at all levels in dealing with foreign affairs.
