Brief introduction to the project: The project covers an area of 13.33 hectares. It will be constructed into an integrated resort based on tourism, leisure, catering, and living. According to different functions, it mainly builds a multi-functional building, two business apartment styled assembly halls, 20 sets of folk catering leisure houses and a water park. Construction conditions of the project: Xiazhang Town of Daiyue District has an ecological friendly environment with fresh air. Xiazhang Town which belongs to Dawenkou culture sites, has a beautiful natural scenery and rich human landscape. At present, the place has built a modern zone which integrates industrial enterprises, sightseeing agriculture, ecological tourism, leisure and holiday together. There are five-star Xidu Dynasty Cultural Park, Juxian Village, Shenzhou Tourism Resort, and other reception centers, which have made up the famous Taishan West Royal Road.
