BEIJING--Somjit Jongjohor from Thailand claimed the men's 51kg boxing title at the Beijing Olympics on Saturday, beating Andris Laffita Hernandez from Cuba 8-2 in the final.
The bronze medals went to Georgy Balakshin from Russia and Vincenzo Picardi from Italy.
