have a house is many people's essential requirement...
but now its will become daydream of us...
house price jumping and jumping...
for example: the price in shenzhen is over 10,000 RMB square metre...and as a common white collar, monthly pay about 4k, except essential living cost, how long they will be a house in shenzhen...
our government try many methods to make the house price stablely, you know, it's stable. not come down, but effect is not good, many cities' price is jumping beyond double in two years...and we have difference view for price:
someone expect price coming down, for habitation is essential qualification for humans..
someone worry about if house price is down, maybe effect economic for china or whole world..
