Gui Zhen Tang is a pharmaceuticals company that supplies the traditional Chinese medicine market. But it is reported that its main products are obtained from live bear bile. The technology of live bear bile is such a torture: it will not kill the bear, but will render him a pain in the living death. Gui Zhen Tang has been been questioned after it announced to publicly list their business in the stock exchang. The company's plans led to an outpouring of public opposition within China.
