Investment and Financing Promotion Department

The Investment and Financing Promotion Department of the Administrative Committee of Zhongguancun Science Park is mainly responsible for the following: studying the investment and financing development conditions of the park, organizing the park's preparation of investment and financing development plans, providing work plans and policy suggestions, organizing and coordinating the execution of related investment and financing policies.

The department solves major problems in the establishment of the investment and financing system of the park, supervises the execution of investment and financing promotion policies and the use of related special funds. The department also provides consulting and service regarding investment and financing policies for the enterprises in the park and domestic and foreign investors.

By establishing an investment and financing mechanism and a platform of organizational innovation, the department continuously updates the investment and financing system of the park and optimizes the local investment and financing environment.

S&T Finance Work Group

The group is responsible for coordinating the financial institutions in carrying out the institutional, product and service innovations and to attract more financial service resources.

The group helps management institutions from the national off-board trading market to settle in the Zhongguancun National Innovation Demonstration Zone and promotes S&T finance innovation services, including intellectual property mortgage and credit loans. It also promotes the agglomeration and development of equity investment and supports related companies with getting listed in domestic and foreign capital markets.
