Production Projects invested by foreign investors
(1) To apply the report for project establishment
(2) If the project belongs to the newly built one, the project will be approved by provincial and city development and reform committees; if it belongs to technical transformed project, it will be approved by provincial and city economic committee.
(3) The title of the enterprises will be approved by provincial and city industrial and commercial administration bureau.
(4) The contract and the Constitution of the project will be approved by commercial department; provincial and city quality technology inspection bureau will supply the organization code; the commercial department approves the certificate; provincial and city industrial and commercial administration bureau process the registration and issue the business license.
(5) The organization code certificate of the project will be issued by provincial and city quality technology inspection bureau; the seal will be approved by city public security bureau, then RMB account and foreign currency account can be opened at banks; foreign currency, financial, custom bureaus conduct the registration process; the revenue bureau conducts the revenue registration procedure.
