Located at 113 North Jiefang Road, Heping District, the former American Navy Club is now the heritage site under city/county protection and the important protection historic architecture in Tianjin and used as an office building.

Constructed in 1924 and covering an area of some 500 square meters and having a floor area of about 1400 square meters, this building was owned by Dr. Ross and served as an entertainment place for foreign soldiers. In 1945, this building was used by American Navy as a club and equipped with various services such as bar, billiard rooms, restaurants, casino, coffee house and dancing hall.

The building has beautifully decorated roofs, an eye-catching balcony over the entrance, arch-windows and buttress, and is a typical classical building.
