Representatives of more than 50 national media organizations visited the Songcheng Scenic Area in the city of Hangzhou, Zhejiang province, on Sept 6.

Songcheng Scenic Area was the first stop of a six-day visit to Zhejiang province. The visit, with the theme of "Picturesque Zhejiang", is aimed at exploring and promoting the hidden charms and natural beauty of Zhejiang.

Hangzhou Songcheng Scenic Area is a theme park that features the culture of the Song Dynasty (960-1279) in east China's Zhejiang Province. Inside the park, visitors can enjoy song and dance performances, as well as traditional folk shows such as acrobatics, magic tricks and traditional folk games. The park has a variety of facilities to make visitors experience the life and culture of the ancient dynasty that lived 1,000 years ago.
