Belt and Road Initiative helps enterprise grow

The Goldwind wind power company earned a net profit of 250 million yuan ($40.2 million) in the first quarter of 2015, up 390 percent from last year, thanks to the Belt and Road Initiative launched by the central government.
The Goldwind wind company expanded its international business rapidly this year. The power units sold to Pakistan has completed construction and went into operation by March, with a monthly generating capacity of 10 million kilowatts. The company is expected to win more orders from Pakistan this year, where president Xi paid a visit in April. It also won a order of 120MW power unit from South Africa last month.
